Explain in detail the steps for Learning Experiences Evaluation.

Evaluation conduct is to determine whether the desire purpose/ object have been trained successfully or not. Evaluation is an important operation/process in curriculum development. It is very essential because until we did not check our developed curriculum that how much we have achieved our objectives till then we cannot develop effective curriculum document. As evaluation helps to check the validity of the basic hypotheses upon which the instructional programs are organized and developed. Can we achieve the objective that we have planned? Or all the learning experiences that we have proposed, is there any compatibilities in those learning experiences and objects? To know about all these things, we have a need to develop any kind of procedures through which, so that we can check the effectiveness that entire curriculum which is being used for any grade level or elementary level by using it we want to see that how much our curriculum was proofed successful. Before this we have certain more questions where we need to answers these questions while we are looking into the process of evaluation for curriculum. Important questions are:
1.      Why evaluation is needed?
2.      What are basic notions about evaluation?
3.      What are evaluation procedures?
4.      What are some other uses of evaluation?

 Evaluation procedures Steps:
        i.            Defining objectives
      ii.            Identifying situations
    iii.            Selecting and developing instrument
iii (a): Recoding Evidence
iii (b): summarizing records of learning

Explanation of steps is:

1.      This is the first which we are doing while we are evaluating any curriculum or while we are defining procedure to evaluate any curriculum. We have to identify or define the objective that what we want to do, what our objectives are, is that these objectives are specific or general objectives. After setting the objective.
2.      The second step is that we start look at the situation. In this process we want to see that condition in which we want to provide the chance for the learners after achieve desire or sitting objective. They can also demonstrate these learning objects. So, it is very essential to provides children those situations in which they can learn a specific learning experience and after learn they can also demonstrate their experience and also enhance the possibilities for the achievements of objectives.
3.      Number three is the selecting and identifying the instruments for evaluations.  It means that what type of tools and instruments we want to use in the evaluation procedures. Is that we will use questionnaires or we want to conduct interview. Which types of observation we want to do or we want to use check list. So, we will look into what kind can be the kinds of instruments which can be used for evaluation. And to check what extant the objectives there are be attained.  And what were the situations in which we used these all instruments to guess that how much extent our objective has achieved it possible.
4.      The forth step is recording the evidences. We know that to put any values or sitting, how much we have learned or in which extent we did not learned or what is short comes in learned. So, that we have need to any types of evidence for proof that objects are being attained at which level or extent we have attained. Until we did not get evidence we can't guess that how much successfully we have achieved our objectives.
5.      And the fifth step is summarizing the results which are being gathered as evidence of the learning. This learning can be of behaviors, or can be of content knowledge and it can be of skills.
So, these are the steps which we will be follow while we will develop the procedure of any curriculum that we had set for any level or elementary level

What is reflective Practice? Being a teacher, how will you reflect on your teaching? Note: Give at least four ways you can use to reflect on your teaching.
